School harassment is a serious issue. It is the policy of Any Where School District to maintain learning and working environment that is free from religious, racial, sexual harassment, or sexual orientation harassment. The School District prohibits any form of harassment. It shall be a violation of this policy for any student, faculty member, or other school personnel of the School District to harass a student, teacher, administrator, or other school personnel through conduct or communications of a sexual nature regarding religion and race as defined by this policy.

The Any Where School District will act to investigate all complaints of harassment, formal or informal, verbal or written, of religious, racial, or sexual nature. The complaint shall be made to the appropriate school personnel. School personnel will deem any claim of harassment to be serious and will follow all School District procedures concerning the investigation of such. Disciplinary decisions shall be determined independently based upon the nature of the harassment itself.
