A principal should be student-centered and their school vision should center around the betterment of the students. You want every activity that occurs in your building to revolve around what is best for the students. If it is not good for the students, then there is no reason that it should continue or even begin to happen. Your vision is to create a society of learners where students are being constantly challenged by teachers as well as their peers. You also want teachers who accept a challenge to be the best they can be on a daily basis. You want teachers to be facilitators of learning opportunities for students. You want students to experience meaningful personal growth everyday. You also want to involve the community in the learning process, because there are many community resources that can be utilized to promote growth throughout a school.
