The End of the School Year is Nearing

The end of the school year is nearing for schools all across the country. For school administrators that means preparing for the 2011-2012 school year. A principal's job is never over and the summer does not mean a lot of time off. A good principal will use the events and experiences of the previous year to make changes to the upcoming school year. I always am excited about implementing news things for the next school year that I have developed from the previous year. A principal should always be looking for improvement ideas.
